1. FIT booking requests sent to us will be confirmed back to you within 12 to 24 hours and will include all individual costs.  If a hotel or service you requested is fully booked or not available, then we will automatically make an alternative suggestion.

2. Three weeks before the clients arrive into Australia, we will issue Vouchers for all bookings made through us, print an Itinerary and a welcome letter for the clients and send it to the first hotel they are staying in.  We also forward on a letter to the hotel introducing the clients and instructing the hotel staff to pass on all paperwork.

For Group arrangements we prepare tailor made itineraries and only a few basic bits of information are needed from you :

• Length of travel

• Time of travel

• Hotel category (deluxe, first class, tourist class)

• Cities or places to visit

• Meal inclusions

• Foreign language guide services

• Group size

• Special interests

With this information, we can create the most interesting tour for you and your clientele.

1. For Groups we will send you an Itinerary within 12 to 24 hours after receiving your request, including all services and optional services.  The cost is calculated for different group sizes and listed on the last page of the Itinerary together with the cost for all optional services.

2. If you or the organiser accepts the group quotation, it helps that you let us know as soon as possible so we can make all necessary bookings.

3. We will get back to you with all confirmations as soon as possible.

4. We request the final name list and all flight details from you at least six weeks before the groups’ arrival into Australia.

5. All other paperwork and travel documentation is then produced by us (free of any additional charges) and then sent to the first hotel.

6. In addition for Groups, we produce an information folder on the areas or cities that the clients are travelling through along with a little souvenir koala face badge .
